Very bad experience. Paid for door to door delivery to SA International Logistics, the company registered by another family member and also ARS Logistics, Casa Blanca Logistics belonging to members of the same family. At the end you pay more than double as they do not pay the shipping liner, harbour fees, customs or the agent overseas. Read all the bad reviews on hello peter (15) ! We are busy with legal action and more people should come foreward to stop these companies.

UNETHICAL – do not use. We found out that ARS Logistics hired another shipping agent (a company registered in the owners husbands’ name) for our shipment. They do not respond to phone calls, text messages or emails after your cargo is sent. They didn’t settle their full bill (we paid ARS Logistics in full) and our cargo was held hostage. They also didn’t file the proper paperwork for customs. We had to repay 50% of their outstanding bill, pay extra cargo storage fees and had to hire a customs broker to file the proper paperwork. Please go read bad reviews posted on www.sirelo.com – same modus operandi. "The worst move ever"

This company is to be avoided at all costs. I was lied to and conned into paying 50% more than quoted; it took 5 months for my shipment to arrive, and when it did, it could not be released because this company hadn’t paid the shippers or handlers despite having been paid in full by me. Packing staff who didn’t know how to fit stabilisers to a washing machine, defective customs declarations, multiple cancellations and changes to shipping arrangements, shipment unaccounted for and untraceable for months – the litany of incompetence is almost endless. Use this company at your peril.

I had the worst experience with these guys. I wouldn’t refer anyone else to them.
They lack proper business practice and basic curtesy.
Up to today months after the move, I’m waiting for them to give me a final invoice so that I can get part of my credit back.
They do not even respond to my mails anymore yet they owe me part of the service.
I have lots to say, I urge you to make a review of what took place, as a learning process for the mover and to avoid this happening to anyone else
