We moved with EuroPack, or IMS, or Moving Company.
Every so often I’d get a new email from another company with a new Client ID, and no warning that my belongings had changed company hands.
Ultimately, not the most enjoyable customer service; consider yourself just one of "the thousands of clients we deal with each year" so they don’t really have the time or consideration for you.
However, our belongs did arrive, not sure in what state yet (and not sure I want to know after watching them pack the boxes, fragile on the bottom, heavy on the top), and at only an extra 10 pound sterling overcharge fee from the initial quote (which will never be reajusted in your favor).

Trans Canadian Van Lines failed to contact me at all. Very disappointed that I didn’t get a response even to say that they didn’t want to quote.
