Very professional handling, always notified ahead of time, prompt and complete service at a good and fair price.

Quite disappointing. Initially the company was very friendly and very flexible, which turned into the opposite after the contract had been signed. Didn’t keep to the delivery dates promised and charged substantial extra money on the day of the move (because what I described as a ‘sofa’ was in their nomenclature a ‘big sofa’, and stuff like that). The movers on the European side were subcontractors who didn’t take much care with my stuff, so quite a few things got battered. Didn’t unpack the furniture at one of the delivery locations (although stated in the contract) because the driver said ‘he’s just the driver’ and didn’t care. Considering that Flatrate Moving was one of the more expensive choices and I selected them hoping for good service, this was really disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend!

From the very start , they have helped in every way, guided me through the paperwork, and given suggestions. A very good and helpful service, and the person that I dealt with has been excellent.

Everything was picked up and delivered on dates previously agreed, no delays etc.

Minor issues:
– one glass was broken during the move
– the staff dropped one relatively fragile item, but with no consequences.

All staff were Polish which was good for me (Russian), but the delivery team in Brussels seemed to speak no English or French.
