The company promise a relative low cost at the beginning. They will ask you for more money while your items are shipped. They hold our deposit and delayed the returning for our deposit for no reason.

awful experience! Liars and robbers! This company is just a very expensive agent! They kept your money and did nothing. Then they entrusted third parties to pick up, transport and clear customs. Finally, they hold these invoices and asked you to pay. If you refused, then they would seize your goods and threaten you! Because they know, you couldn’t do anything with them, even they broke the contract, lied to you and blackmailed you! Because if you are abroad, the foreign laws cannot restrain them. If you are in China, congratulations, there is no way to complain. Customs, police and industry and commerce bureaus are afraid of offending large companies and enterprises, and do nothing. The only and last way is to sue, but you have to bear the expensive cost of the prosecution by yourself with a disappointing consequences：A little compensation is not enough to pay the lawyer! This is why they are so unscrupulous!
Keep far far away from this company! Alsa promised you everything! But after you paid the money, she showed her face and character as a impudent liar and robber. According to the contract my goods should be in 48 days in front of my house door! Now, after 5 months I am still waiting. No excuse, no explanation! Now they just want to threaten me to pay third party invoices! Keep far far away from this company!!!

From the beginning, I thought I had found a good company to work with. They were very friendly and professional at first when they came to assess my goods, and also when they came to pack. But everything changed once my goods were sent and the money was paid. It turns out that Alsa, who had been helping me, lied to me about my delivery date. She had given me an expected date for delivery based on what I told her I wanted, but I later found out that when they packed my items, they had already booked space on a ship which would make my items arrive about 4 weeks later than they promised, but she lied to me to tell me the date that I wanted to hear. Due to my busy travel schedule, this made things quite difficult. I explained to Alsa far in advance that there was only one day that the goods could be delivered, and she promised it would happen. Turns out, she was lying again. She had no control over the customers clearance process, and through discussion with their local partner I learned that she had no way to be able to make me a promise like that. In the end, once I got my things, I found some broken items. I asked for insurance forms, and in the last 3 weeks that I’ve been trying to make an insurance claim with them, they have yet to provide me with any documentation to make a claim or move the process forward. It has now been over 3.5 months since my items have arrived, and I continue to receive lies and to be put off at every turn. Do not use this company.

Very professional service and helpful attitude – sales consultant through to packing team provided all good service. Goods yet to be received.
