John Ryan Removals
John Ryan Removals is not even half a star worthy. We are disappointed and appalled with their service. We had to leave some of our stuff (one room) as they misquoted us. The packers broke our glass top dining table and damaged our dining room walls when the glass top shattered. We are still waiting for our compensation from the company until now and we have been waiting for almost 8 months. The communication with the representatives is horrible as they don't answer emails and we think that they don't communicate with each other very well as we had to explain our issue with few people. It's as if no one is responsible there and they only bounce the emails sent until the customer put a law suit against them. On arrival few of our stuff are damaged due to mould. Eg. they did not bother packing our bed base made of cupboard with protective cover. Overall we are very (this is an understatement) disappointed with John Ryan Removals. We highly don't recommend them at all.
