Lead CS agent does not know the meaning of customer service, incompetent staff, fake commitment, blame games (ops vs CS). I was committed by shipment would be delivered in 3-5days, now 10days my shipment is still at origin warehouse. I moved to my destination with my family with 5-7 days stuff and now CS lead Sheree Condat ignores my calls

From start to finish, Interem were polite, professional and transparent about the service they were providing and the cost of the shipment. The movers were efficient, considerate and a very well co-ordinated team. They even swept up after themselves and notified me when they were on break. Everything was packed with care and arrived in the UK undamaged.

Never would I recommend this company

The communication before I signed the papers to ship was okay. Once I signed, communication slowed down and once my belongings were packed communication was terrible. I had to send multiple emails to find out how to track my stuff. As it went on its journey, the email response was sluggish and I had to repeatedly ask the same question before someone answered my questions. The price was also exhorbitant - 14 boxes were over 4000 USD. I would not use these people at all.

very poorly coordinated, rather a highly mismanaged relocation. almost no communication from any end. the shipment arrived way beyond the committed time span and with no reasonable explanation about the reason of delay. had a very bad experience and would highly not recommend to anybody.

Very professional service from the sales person who booked the contract to the operations team including the ground staff. I was particularly concerned about a couple of electronic items and the packing was done very professionally. The items were delivered in perfect condition.
A clarity on the octroi charges in the destination country and improvement in speed of transport and delivery would have got Interem a five star rating.
