Used this mover after my previous removal company (MoveCorp of the UK) fell through. After horrendous treatment and customer service from my last removal company, Cargo Specials was a welcome surprise! I had my boxes picked up within the hour of my calling them, and they were delivered with no fuss on the day of my choice. All in all, they were my saving grace.

Very responsive and helpful answering any questions I had. The shipping process was very smooth and the boxes arrived in good condition (though have yet to open them).

My main bit of feedback would be that it would have been nice to have gotten some kind of receipt from the man that picked the boxes up as he was just in a standard car (not a company branded car or van and wasn't wearing a company shirt or anything) and he drove off with the boxes and cash without any kind of invoice which felt a bit insecure. I would have felt more at ease to have received something from him that acknowledged the company had picked up my items and had received the money.

Turned out to all be fine though and a very good service, I would use again.

The communication with Cargo was always fast and they were always helpful. Nevertheless I have experienced several problems with the truckcompany they co operate in France. They couldnt contact me when the driver arrived at the destination to pick up the boxes, just because I do not own a local mobile number. This way he left without a notification and I had to make several calls with the trackcompany to schedule for a new meeting. Not very convenient to my opinion. Also the driver left once he delivered the pallet in the middle of the street. To be fair I did not ask if he is going to carry the stuff inside the house but on the other hand I would not expect him to leave them in the middle of the street and dissapear once I have signed the documents.
Overall if it wasnt for them I would highly recommend Cargo Specials.

Very helpful with my less than 10 pieces personal cargo. Although they provided me with sample documentation to follow, they omitted to inform me what I needed to provide to the US customs beforehand so my US contact had to clear up the situation there in order to have it released.
